5. Price and Payment

5.1 All prices are calculated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). 

5.2 The Store reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. 

5.3 Orders will only be processed once payment has been completed in full.

6. Right to Accept Orders

6.1 A system confirmation email only indicates that the Store has received the order and does not constitute formal legal acceptance of the order.

7. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

7.1 The Store generally arranges delivery via SF Express or other local courier companies. The Store reserves the right to change logistics service providers based on actual circumstances without prior notice. 

7.2 Upon order confirmation and payment completion, the Store will arrange shipment within a reasonable timeframe. Generally, Customers may expect to receive products within 5–7 working days after shipment. Actual delivery times may be delayed due to logistics arrangements, public holidays, weather, or other force majeure factors. 

7.3 Risk associated with the products transfers to the Customer once the products are delivered to the logistics company. 

7.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery arrangements and storage conditions meet product requirements, including ensuring a recipient is available for sign-off and maintaining an appropriate storage environment (if applicable). 

7.5 The Store shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from delayed receipt, improper storage, incorrect address information, or mishandling.

8. Return and Refund Policy
